Program Structure
Our internship is divided into three strategic blocks to give you a 360° view of finance:
- Phase 1 (3 Months): Accounts Payable (AP) – Master the foundations of business spending.
- Phase 2 (3 Months): Accounts Receivable (AR) – Learn the ins and outs of revenue and collections.
- Phase 3 (6 Months): General Ledger (GL) department – Start with a skill calibration and dive deep into complex accounting.
Flexibility: Found your passion early? There is a possibility to transition into a role within any of these departments during the program!
The Graduate Path
The best talents will have the opportunity to advance into our Graduate Program (Full-time):
- 3 - 6 Months General Ledger activities.
- 10 Months Finance reporting & analysis.

- Online Competence Test: Selected applicants will be invited to take a 30-minute test (20 multiple-choice questions).
- Onsite Workshop: Join our Assessment Center on May 26 OR 27, 2026 (9 AM – 4 PM). Expect an Excel test and a real-world business case study.
