Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Compound seasonings according to approved formulas.
  • Prepare and weigh raw materials accurately.
  • Apply seasonings on customer bases per requirements.
  • Support basic application trials and evaluations.
  • Prepare and pack seasoning prototypes or samples.
  • Label all samples clearly and correctly.
  • Maintain basic compounding and sample records.
  • Follow lab safety, hygiene, and SOP requirements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Possess good hands‑on skills and be able to operate basic laboratory instruments and equipment after proper training.
  • Preferably major in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit, with the ability to work closely with application specialists and other laboratory staff.
  • Be available to work three days per week for a minimum duration of four months.
  • Show strong attention to detail and the ability to follow laboratory procedures and instructions accurately.
  • Maintain good communication skills and uphold safety and compliance requirements in daily work.
