Responsibilities

Learning and Engagement:

Actively participate in learning and understanding the Bank's Finance Operations and Control processes. This is essential to ensure you provide effective support and contribute to achieving team objectives.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical abilities while learning about finance applications and understanding complex data flows, which are vital for supporting group finance objectives. Apply these skills to both data and Bank Functions by identifying trends, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements.

Adaptability and Flexibility

Maintain a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new priorities as they emerge. Flexibility and a proactive approach are critical for success in dynamic environments.

Collaboration and Team Support

Provide support to other internal teams as needed, especially when working on projects related to data analysis and automation initiatives.

Documentation and Reporting

Assist in documentation processes by creating reports and PowerPoint slides to track project progress and outcomes.

Presentation Preparation

Support the creation and delivery of presentations, which includes gathering relevant data, designing slides, and preparing accompanying materials.

Good to Have / Plus Points

Process Automation Tools and Techniques: Familiarity with automation tools helps streamline repetitive tasks and improves workflow efficiency.

Data Management Skills: Basic familiarity with data cleanup, aggregation, transformation, and reconciliation processes supports accurate and reliable data analysis.

Data Analytics Software Proficiency: Competency in using data analytics software such as PowerBI or Qlik is valuable for visualizing and interpreting data to support decision-making.

Scripting and Programming: Experience with scripting languages like Python or VBA Macro enhances the ability to automate data processes and perform complex analyses.
