THE ROLE

Temenos is looking for a motivated student intern to join our Product Strategy team within a leading core banking technology company. This role offers hands-on exposure to how product strategy is defined, supported by market research, data analysis, and collaboration with product and business teams. It is ideal for students interested in fintech, banking technology, and strategic decision-making.

SKILLS

• You will support the Product Strategy team with research, analysis, and documentation related to core banking products.
• You will assist in gathering and analyzing market, customer, and competitor insights to support product positioning and roadmap discussions.
• You will help prepare strategy presentations, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders.
• You will collect and organize data related to product performance, trends, and industry benchmarks.
• You will support coordination of strategy meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• You will conduct information research on banking technology trends, digital banking, and financial services innovation.
• You will maintain structured documentation and organize shared materials and communications.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Management, PMO, and other teams to support strategic initiatives.
• You will communicate findings clearly and concisely to team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled as a university student (Business, Economics, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field).
• You should have interest in product strategy, fintech, banking, or technology-driven products.
• You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• You should have strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• You should have ability to work with data and basic quantitative information.
• You should have clear written and verbal communication skills.
• You should be curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a team environment.

DURATION & LOCATION

9 weeks (June 2026 to July 2026). This role will be hybrid. Our intern will be based in Orlando, FL.

PAYMENT

$25 per hour, 40 hours per week

SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include:

• Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
