As a Cash Product Intern within Global Transaction Banking, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to cash management products that support clients’ daily operations and liquidity needs. This internship offers an opportunity to understand how cash products are managed, enhanced, and delivered—while working closely with product managers and cross‑functional stakeholders.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management Reporting: Support the preparation of MIS and regular reporting for cash product performance

  • Market & Competitor Research: Assist with competitor analysis and desktop research on topics assigned by Product Managers

  • Product & Project Support: Support Product Managers on projects and product-related initiatives

  • System Enhancements: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system or product enhancements

  • General Team Support: Assist with other ad-hoc assignments as required

Who You Work With

The Cash Product team sits within Global Transaction Banking and works closely with sales, operations, technology, and support functions to deliver reliable and competitive cash management solutions. You’ll be part of a collaborative product team focused on continuous improvement and client-centric innovation.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree

  • Interested in transaction banking, cash management, or product roles

  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Able to communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders

  • Willing to learn and support team initiatives
