Your Role

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment? 

As part of the Marketing & Communication team, you will contribute to key initiatives that strengthen our brand, connect with global audiences, and support business growth.

You will:

  • Assist in the planning, implementation and monitoring of the external and internal communication editorial plan, ensuring meaningful engagement with clients, partners and international colleagues.
  • Create, write and design engaging content for various channels, in particular social media, websites, video, and more.
  • Support the concept development, organisation, and logistics of corporate and networking events (both virtual and in-person).
  • Design and review communication materials, such as visuals, infographics and presentations, while ensuring alignment with Swiss Life’s brand guidelines.
  • Update and maintain sales support materials (brochures, newsletters) and internal documents (layout and content).
  • Coordinate and prepare reporting as required by the Group.
  • Provide support for key Marketing & Communication initiatives, such as Brandvocate and Employer Branding.

 

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
  • Open to either a full-time internship (min. 6 months) or part-time alternance (10-12 months) starting ideally in July.
  • Knowledge of Canva and/or the Adobe suite is considered as a plus (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Video editing experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English (French or other local languages are an asset)
  • A team player eager to connect with new colleagues and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
  • Creative, dynamic, and adaptable, ready to contribute with fresh ideas and solutions.
