部门介绍：

作为医药行业转型的引领者，罗氏制药全球和中国打的客户交互模式 （Customer Engagement）以疾病治疗领域为核心，为客户提供相关产品和疾病治疗解决方案的同时，为患者提供差异化价值，并确保公司不断推动新产品的上市，打造包括医疗机构在内的各利益相关方的创新与紧密合作。

罗氏客户交互部根据公司产品管线分为三大团队：

• 肿瘤相关领域 Oncology

• 眼科及神经科学领域 Ophthalmology and Neuroscience (ON)

• 免疫及抗感染领域 Immunology and Infectious Disease (I2)

加入该项目，你将：

• 支持市场部策略制定与执行，协助开展市场调研与竞品分析，为决策提供数据支持；

• 协助核心项目管理，跟踪关键节点与标准执行，确保项目按计划推进；

• 协助市场项目落地，优化项目设计，提升执行效果与效率；

• 根据要求完成多维度数据分析及市场报告，支持业务洞察与策略调整；

• 积极探索并运用前沿AI工具赋能日常工作，协助提升业务数据分析与项目运营效率。

我们期待这样的你：

• 2027届及之后毕业的本科或研究生在校生，医学、药学、公共卫生或市场营销等相关专业优先；

• 熟练运用Excel、PPT等办公应用软件；

• 具备出色的沟通能力、学习能力、执行能力以及团队合作精神；

• 具备良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；

• 实习时间：在7月-9月期间，每周需保证至少3天到岗。
