📢 Oferta de Prácticas – Área de Formación y RRHH | Capgemini

 

En Capgemini buscamos estudiantes en prácticas de Psicología, Pedagogía, Máster en Recursos Humanos o perfiles con interés en el mundo de los RRHH para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Formación.

 

La persona seleccionada formará parte del área de Formación y colaborará en diferentes tareas y proyectos, adquiriendo una visión práctica del funcionamiento de RRHH en una multinacional.

 

🛠️ Funciones principales:

 

  • Gestión y coordinación de convocatorias de cursos.
  • Gestión de documentación vinculada a subvenciones.
  • Seguimiento de asistentes y control de participaciones.
  • Colaboración en la gestión de certificaciones y seguimiento de aprobaciones.
  • Apoyo en otras tareas propias del Departamento de Formación.

 

🎓 Perfil buscado:

 

  • Estudiantes de grado/máster de Psicología, Pedagogía, RRHH o titulaciones afines.
  • Estar cursando estudios que permitan la firma de un convenio de prácticas de 6 meses de duración.
  • Interés por el área de Recursos Humanos y Formación.
  • Persona organizada, proactiva y con ganas de aprender.
