YOUR ROLE


Digital transformation is at the heart of CMA CGM Group’s strategy. Every day, our IT teams drive large-scale technology projects that support one of the world’s largest transport and logistics groups.

 

Embedded within the Information Systems Division, you will actively contribute to the design and development of an application dedicated to monitoring IT operations across terminals, for Group-level management.


You will be involved in the entire application lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment, integrating innovative approaches based on artificial intelligence.


This role offers a hands-on learning environment at the intersection of software development, data, and AI.
Reporting to an IT Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of the product, working closely with business and technical teams.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

As an AI-oriented Full Stack Developer apprentice within the CMA CGM Group IT department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing a web application end-to-end (from requirements gathering to deployment) to deliver dashboards monitoring IT operations for terminal management at Group level
  • Gathering and formalizing requirements, writing simple functional and technical specifications, and proposing suitable solutions
  • Developing the different components of the application (frontend, backend, data layer) using modern technologies, particularly within the Google Cloud ecosystem
  • Integrating artificial intelligence (including agentic approaches) throughout the project lifecycle: design, development, testing, and production of deliverables
  • Participating in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement phases of the application
  • Contributing to the structuring and tracking of project activities (prioritization, task tracking, deliverables)
  • Designing reliable and relevant dashboards and visualizations for IT operations monitoring

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


Required
•    Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data science, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering 
•    Solid development skills (ideally full stack) with initial experience (academic or personal projects, or an internship)
•    Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in software development
•    Fluent in English, both written and spoken
•    Strong analytical skills, structured mindset, and ability to work in a team

 

Desirable
•    Experience through internships or academic projects related to IT systems or project management environments
•    Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend frameworks, APIs, databases)
•    Initial exposure to generative AI / LLMs / agent-based systems
•    Interest in data visualization and dashboarding
