Organizational Context
AXA, one of the world’s leading insurance companies, relies on an innovative technology division, AXA Group Operations, which plays a key role in the Group’s digital transformation. The Group CIO division, at the heart of this dynamic, defines the overall technology strategy to support growth and innovation. Within this division, the Network Global Products department, and more specifically the Security & Network Services team, manages essential network security solutions, including the Secure Remote Access platform.
Position Objective
Integrated into this team, you will participate in the operational management, continuous improvement, and automation of network security solutions, notably VPN (Virtual Private Network). This position is ideal for a student passionate about networking, cybersecurity, development, and automation, seeking to gain practical experience in an innovative international environment.
Mission Description
- Ensure operations within the VPN scope.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new features on our platforms.
- Define and develop automation tools in API mode, backend, and frontend.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment and network security management processes.
YOUR PROFILE
Education: Engineering School or University, specialty in Network, Cybersecurity or similar, BAC +3 or BAC +4 level for the first year of the contract
Ideal work-study rhythm: 3 weeks in the company / 1 week at school
Languages:
- English C1+ or fluent
- French strongly appreciated
- Spanish appreciated
Soft skills:
- Curiosity, autonomy, and initiative spirit.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Ability to collaborate in an international environment.
- Positive attitude, openness to innovation and continuous learning.
Hard skills:
- Proficiency in Ruby/Python, REACT or any other language
- Mastery of Agile development, CI/CD is a plus

- Office 365, Microsoft Teams
- Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, F5, AWS, Azure
- Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python, React.js, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible
