🚀 The internship is part of RGE-Ops department within Renault Technologie Roumanie. The activity takes place in the Materials Engineering laboratory at the Titu Technical Center.

Schedule: 30 hours/week (6 hours/day)

🛠️ What will you do?
In RGE-Ops department we focus on customer performance, numerical simulations, and testing with a range of complex and exciting missions. Our teams shape the future of automotive engineering by meticulously tracking the future vehicles throughout the design, testing, and validation phases.
We dive into the virtual realm with cutting edge numerical simulations and virtual reality testing before moving on to real world prototype testing on test benches and tracks. Our engineers also play a vital role in managing and testing all vehicle materials, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety Beyond that, we are involved in essential tasks such as technical documentation, regulatory compliance, and vehicle homologation for Renault Group products worldwide.
Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE rules and procedures for laboratory activities involving metals, polymers and fluids
Participate in risk assessments related to laboratory equipment, chemical substances and metallic, polymers and fluids handling
Ensure proper use, storage, labeling and disposal of chemicals and consumables
Support HSE documentation (procedures and work instructions, risk analyses, Safety Data Sheets (SDS))
Contribute to incident prevention, corrective actions and continuous improvement actions and Promote safety culture and good laboratory practices within the team

Engineering profile (Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc)
MS Office tools

Synthesis & reporting abilities
