Brown & Brown is seeking an Intern to join our growing team in Rocky Hill, CT!

The Intern will provide administrative support to the office to promote a professional and courteous business and support the delivery of exceptional customer service.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Assumes administrative roles involving duties and responsibilities of assigned department.
  • Gains experience in assigned department through project completion and job shadowing.
  • Participate in meetings, events and activities as assigned.
  • Explores other areas of interest to include learning more about the facets of the company, both within and outside of the assigned department.
  • Complete assigned internship projects to drive understanding of business operations.
  • Gain familiarity with and follow agency guidelines, policies and procedures. 
  • Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary course of study; preferably in the field of Risk Management, Insurance or Business Administration. 

Pay Range

$18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
