Buying Office Intern
May-August (Flexible)


Bachman's is seeking a motivated Buying Office Intern who brings a genuine passion for retail, product, and the art of buying. This role suits someone curious, professional, and resilient; an independent self-starter who’s eager to learn and contribute. You’ll support the team with data entry and gain hands-on experience assisting in stores and working directly with customers.


Job Duties:
  • Data entry
  • Competitive shopping
  • Assistance in stores and with customers
  • Assistance of buyers
  • Problem solving and communication with stores
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to think creatively
  • Organized, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks and learning
  • Passion for retail, buying, and product
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Excel knowledge preferred

Schedule:
  • M-F 8:30-430pm, May-August, on-site 
Compensation: $18.00/hr
