Practicante Mejora Continua (Winding)

Responsabilidades:

  • Actualización de gráficos de Delivery y Cost de Tier 4 y Tier 3 de Winding.
  • Captura de Tiempos muertos de winding para llenado de Paretos de Tier 3 Winding y Tier 4
  • Actualización de base de datos de Tags de los Tier 2  de Winding + Tier 3 Winding (Tags abiertas y cerradas)
  • Participación y Soporte en los Kaizen Events de Winding.
  • Preparación, impresión y posteo de Formatos de Tier 2, Tier 3 y Tier 4 cada mes y actualmente arrancando el Tier 1 en celda piloto de Winding.
  • Entrega y recolección de Checklist de 5S+1 (que realizan los operadores).
  • Actividades que surjan del día a día y apoyo, resultantes de Gembas de Gerencias,  visitas, auditorias internas y/o externas.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante activo de Ingeniería (Procesos Industriales, Mecatrónica, Industria, Mantenimiento).
  • Conocimientos básicos en herramientas de oficina (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Habilidades de organización.
  • Actitud proactiva y disposición para aprender.
  • Buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
