Overview
This intern will help build out the Application Engineering SharePoint site as a central, easy-to-use resource hub for the team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Catalog existing Application Engineering training materials and engineering documents across current storage locations.
  • Organize and upload content into SharePoint following a defined site structure and naming standards.
  • Tag each resource by type, product, lifecycle phase, and audience to improve searchability and browsing.
  • Cross-reference uploaded materials against a gap analysis to identify missing or outdated resources.
  • Prepare an inventory summary (what exists, where it lives, and what is missing).
  • Draft simple maintenance recommendations and suggest content owners (by manager/role) for each section to keep the catalog current over time.

 

Capstone Deliverable:

  • A populated AE SharePoint resource catalog, including:
    • Documented folder/section structure
    • Existing application engineering materials in appropriate sections
    • A short maintenance plan with proposed content ownership by manager/area
