ADMINISTRATIVE MAINTENANCE INTERN

Dept: 6336

1 Opening- 1st Shift (7 AM- 3:30 PM)

Reports To: Tom Anderson

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

  • Update LO/TO program through maintenance and safety; taking photos of each machine, add all applicable information into the lock out and tag out procedure program, print and laminate to add to each machine.
  • Follow quality procedures for document control and document indexing.
  • Review all tabs with the LO/TO procedure guide to ensure readability, correct critical information, and consistent accuracy of information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all documents to the appropriate authority.
  • Assist with the physical filing and storage of original documents when necessary. 
  • Provide administrative support where needed.
  • Practice safe working habits & follow safety policies, procedures, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s).
  • Focus efforts to work towards continuous improvement of product quality using our ISO 9001:2008 Systems.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Team Leader. 


QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage workload, complete tasks, and communicate effectively in the absence of direct supervision.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good technical skills including intermediate math skills and a high attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to work within a Team environment to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for self-improvement through education and training.
  • Qualified applicant must be at least 16 years of age.
