POSITION SUMMARY

We offer a summer internship program designed for students and emerging professionals who are seeking hands on experience in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. This evergreen posting allows candidates to apply at any time, as we regularly review candidates and bring on interns based on departmental needs for the summer.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist team members with daily operational tasks.
  • Support ongoing projects and contribute to process improvements.
  • Conducting research, preparing reports, and organizing information.
  • Learning company systems workflows, and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and assist with other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Graphic Design, Operations Management, Engineering, or another related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing or project management tools (preferred).


PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time with extensive keyboarding with wrists and hands. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty pounds. The employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, hands, or feet; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouch, or crawl.


WORKING ENVIRONMENT 

Office environment, controlled temperature, which may include at times some minor annoyances such as noise, odors, drafts, etc. This is a non-confined office setting, and he/she is free to move about at will. When entering production environment, required to adhere to all safety policies and ensure to stay in designated walking paths and being conscious of the work being performed. All individuals must walk with their head up in all areas of the building, parking lot and grounds being conscious of moving vehicles, forklifts, and other potential hazards.
