About the Job

In the AI Factory within the Office of Allianz Technology's CTO, we build and operate the Group's AI delivery engine: developing, deploying, and governing AI-powered software at scale. We work with leading AI labs and build on enterprise-grade AI platforms and agentic frameworks.

As an Intern (m/f/d), you will work directly at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery: embedded in the team building the Factory itself and shipping live AI use cases. Start immediately, with the option of a subsequent working student position.

What you do

• AI Delivery & Factory Build: Work directly in the delivery layer, contributing to the ramp-up of the Factory's operational infrastructure, processes, and coordination frameworks. Take ownership of sub-projects end-to-end.
• Use Case Scoping & Squad Work: Translate business challenges from Allianz insurance entities into structured solution designs; contribute to squad deliverables including prompt engineering, agent documentation, and solution scoping.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Connect business unit stakeholders with technical delivery teams throughout the use case lifecycle; prepare decision papers, stakeholder communications, and delivery documentation.
• Strategic Exposure: Gain direct insight into how AI is governed and deployed at scale within a global financial services group, with visibility into CTO-level decisions and strategic technology partnerships.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience in consulting, product management, or structured problem-solving through internships, case competitions, or independent projects.

• Advanced studies (Business Administration, Business Informatics, STEM, or similar) with above-average academic performance.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, vibe coding, principles, and their practical use.
• Excellent content preparation and visualization
• Business-fluent English, fluency in German is beneficial.
• Self-directed, structured, and accountable; quick to get up to speed on new topics; confident in interactions with top management.

• Available to start immediately for a 6-month full-time internship.
