Job Description:

Essential Functions 

To perform this job successfully, an intern must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. To request a reasonable accommodation, notify Human Resources or the manager who oversees the position. 

  • Assist the Talent team in sourcing, selection, and broader marketing/branding activities to support multiple initiatives 

  • Conduct research and sourcing, including using AI tools to support hiring needs and talent brand awareness 

  • Support candidate disposition in the application tracking system while supporting data integrity, reporting, and talent metrics tracking  

  • Contribute to branding and marketing projects that elevate the employee experience, talent attraction efforts, and inclusion messaging

  • Participating in cross-company intern projects 

  • Assist in planning and executing inclusion and belonging initiatives 

  • Collaborate and support our employee affinity groups 

  • Update cultural calendar and design flyers and activities, including monthly celebrations, speaker series, and workshops 

  • Provide project status updates and reporting on analytics, surveys, and materials 

Required Qualifications 

  • Enrolled and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited degree program  

  • Strong problem-solving and technical capabilities 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills 

  • Highly collaborative with a desire to learn in a professional environment 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

Physical Demands 

  • Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday 

  • May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds, such as office supplies or equipment 

  • Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing.  

  • Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others, such as coworkers, customers, and vendors 

  • Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents. 

Environmental Factors 

Our corporate office is in an environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.

The starting pay for this role is $20 - $25 per hour.
