Qué harás?:

Apoyar la Gerencia de Operaciones en la planificación, ejecución, registro y seguimiento del proyecto TPM, contribuyendo al desarrollo de herramientas, análisis de información y acompañamiento en campo para la implementación progresiva de los pilares TPM

Soporte en la implementación de TPM (Pilar de AM) en la línea modelo PCMC, el practicante brindará apoyo técnico-operativo al proyecto, al mismo tiempo que adquiera experiencia formativa en gestión industrial y operaciones.

Entregables:

1.Registros de estándares operativos.

2.Propuestas de mejora derivadas del análisis de datos.

3.Informe final de resultados, lecciones aprendidas y recomendaciones.

Impacto Estratégico:

Contribución al fortalecimiento de la gestión de activos.

Desarrollo de herramientas para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Creación de capacidades internas para el mantenimiento autónomo.

A quién buscamos:

  • Estudios: Estudiantes universitarios cursando los últimos semestres de Ing. Mecánica, eléctrica, electromecánica, mecatrónica, electrónica, industrial, mantenimiento y afines.

  • Experiencia: mínima 6 meses en pasantías.

  • Conocimientos básicos: Mecánica básica, manejo de Office Básico, de Lean Manufracturing, TPM y PHVA.

  • Competencias:  Rápido Aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados

  • Indispensable contar con la carta de pasantías y tener disponibilidad en horario de preferencia en la mañan
