About the Role

Region: Central

Intern’s Location (Office): Margain Offices

 

Eligible Semester(s): 5th - 8th semester

Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week

Period of Stay at CEMEX: 6 months, with the option of renewal

Detailed Description of the Project

 

Project Objective

 
The Global Culture Intern will support the design, coordination, and execution of global culture and change management initiatives at Cemex. The intern will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to develop communication campaigns, toolkits, presentations, and SharePoint resources that help local teams implement and adapt cultural and organizational change initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, creativity, and the ability to align multiple regions toward shared objectives, while respecting local context and diversity.

Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out

  • Design and support change management and culture-related campaigns aligned with company priorities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Create communication materials such as toolkits, presentations, and SharePoint sites to support global and regional initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support workshops, training, and events that promote an inclusive and engaging organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment toward shared culture goals.
