The Team:

Corporate Platforms is responsible for S&P Global's strategic evolution of commercial, people, and finance technology platforms, capabilities, frameworks, and operational processes.

Within Corporate Platforms, you will be part of our Solution Delivery team which supports multiple value streams for the business and as a member of this team you will have the opportunity to have an impact across the entirety of S&P Global by delivering innovative solutions across divisions.

Responsibilities and Impact:

This Summer Intern role is designed for an AI‑curious, hands‑on problem solver who is eager to explore how AI tooling, automation, and data integration can improve agile delivery at scale. The intern will work closely with Solution Delivery team to prototype and experiment with AI‑assisted workflows, reporting automation, and delivery insights, supporting the organization’s broader goals around human‑centric AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore and prototype solutions using enterprise platforms including MS Copilot, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, Spark, and Snowflake to enhance delivery efficiency across teams.
  • Design and build intelligent automations and workflows that eliminate manual reporting, data entry, and administrative bottlenecks.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualization tools that provide real-time insights into agile program management and delivery metrics.
  • Help identify gaps in current reporting approaches and propose prototype solutions that improve transparency without increasing process overhead.
  • Partner with Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters to research and implement Agentic AI use cases that can transform traditional agile processes and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
  • Capture learnings, patterns, and limitations from experiments to inform future Solution Delivery initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing artifacts (e.g., demos, summaries, prompt examples, or prototype walkthroughs) that help teams learn from experimentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity (academic or hands on) with GenAI tools, Power Automate or workflow automation concepts, data or analytics platforms
  • Comfort experimenting, learning quickly, and iterating based on feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
     

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship or work experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (i.e., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
