About the Role

职位描述

  1. Analyze and provide technical and effort estimations for internal and customer requirements,基于内外部的客户需求，分析并提供相应工作量
  2. Prepare software high level and detail design specification for assigned features,为相应的功能完成软件该要设计和详细设计
  3. Implement (SW coding) assigned SW modules based on SW architectures & coding guidelines根据软件架构和代码规则实施软件实现
  4. Create and execute project-specific tests,创建和执行相关的测试
  5. Follow company standards applicable in all SW development phases (requirements, specifications, tests, validations, reviews),在软件开发的阶段遵循公司的相关标准及要求
  6. Cooperate with international development teams and synchronize with our internal customers与国际项目开发团队有良好的合作

职位要求

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automatic Control and Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, etc.自动控制、计算机科学、电子类相关专业的本科及以上学位
  2. Knowledge of software, C/C++ programming,掌握C/C++编程语言
  3. It is an advantage if you know a model based development language like Matlab Simulink 了解一些高级开发语言(如Matlab Simulink)
  4. Knowledge in microcontrollers,至少熟悉一种微处理器
  5. Development processes basic know-how (V-Cycle),具备基本的开发流程(比如V模型)知识
  6. Basic knowledge of hardware,了解基本的硬件设计
  7. Good writing, reading, and speaking English skills,良好的英语听说读写
  8. Capability to analyze technical problems,了解分析问题的方法
  9. Good communication skills.良好的沟通技能
