About the Role


Job Description

Job Scope & Description
This internship provides comprehensive exposure to the F&B industry. The successful candidate will join the team to learn and contribute in the following key areas:

  • New Product Development: Help manage the full lifecycle of new products, from brainstorming initial concepts to commercial launch across our airline menus, B2B channels, and Santan Cafes.

  • Market Analysis & Planning: Support strategic planning by analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to help schedule and prioritize the product development calendar.

  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Participate in hands-on product tasting and testing sessions (both on the ground and on flights). Conduct regular evaluations of existing product lines to ensure consistency and high-quality standards.

  • Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the Product Innovation team and other departments (such as Marketing, Operations, and Procurement) to finalize products.

  • Product Launch Preparation: Coordinate essential launch elements, including professional food photoshoots, developing compelling menu descriptions, and preparing training materials for operational teams (like Flight Attendants) on new products.

  • Performance Tracking: Organize and execute product trial events, meticulously document customer feedback, and assist in reviewing post-launch sales performance metrics.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in establishing and documenting food safety and quality specifications to ensure all products comply with health and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education & Experience - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Food Science/Technology, or Business/Marketing with a focus on CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or F&B (Food & Beverage).

  • Availability for an internship period of six (6) months or longer.
