Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Data & Performance Analytics Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development within a global performance management team in the semiconductor industry. This role is designed for students interested in learning how data is used to drive business decisions and improve operational performance.
You will work with real business data, supporting the creation of reports and dashboards while developing your analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

• Reporting Support: Learn to support the preparation and update of business performance reports using available data sources
• Data Analysis: Learn to analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas of opportunity
• Dashboard Support: Learn to support the creation and maintenance of dashboards using tools such as Tableau
• Data Management: Learn to organize and maintain data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports
• Performance Tracking: Learn to support tracking of key performance indicators to enable business visibility
• Team Support: Learn to support the Americas performance management team in daily analytical and reporting activities

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Actively pursuing the final semesters of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business or a related field, with expected graduation in Summer 2027 
• Analytical Skills: Strong interest in data analysis and problem solving with attention to detail
• MS Office Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and data handling
• Data Visualization: Interest in learning tools such as Tableau for dashboard creation and reporting
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organization Skills: Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Languages: Fluent in English (B2+) required for daily communication
