About the Role
TwelveLabs is at the forefront of video AI technology, transforming how businesses understand and utilize their video data through our multimodal video foundation model.
As a Sales Development Representative Intern, you will be on the front lines of our APAC go-to-market motion, the first point of contact for inbound leads across Korea and the broader region. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will gain direct experience in enterprise AI sales, learning directly from a team that's built go-to-market motions across AI and enterprise software.
You will work closely with the APAC sales leadership team and gain exposure to the full commercial lifecycle of an AI startup, from first contact with a prospect to supporting live deals.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited to learn, takes ownership of their work, and brings energy and initiative to everything they do.
In this role, you will
Handle inbound leads and manage the initial sales conversation. Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities, giving you real exposure to how enterprise AI deals begin and develop.
Independently drive lightweight deals from qualification to close. For well-scoped, lighter-weight opportunities, you will own the process: discovering the customer's needs, answering questions, and moving the deal forward.
Escalate and co-drive larger opportunities with senior sales leadership. For more complex deals, you will hand off or co-manage with Account Executives, learning how enterprise sales cycles are structured and negotiated.
Support day-to-day sales operations. Assist with CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and other operational tasks that keep the team running efficiently.
Build a working understanding of video AI technology. You will be coached by the team and are expected to develop enough technical fluency to hold credible conversations with prospects about TwelveLabs' capabilities.

Exposure to the full GTM stack: CRM tools, sales processes, customer discovery, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Have some familiarity with or interest in AI; prior experience in AI, tech, or a related field is a plus, but a genuine curiosity and willingness to learn matters more.
Are based in Seoul and can commit to at least 6 months, with potential to grow into a longer-term role.
Are self-motivated and proactive: you take ownership of your work, follow through without being asked, and push yourself to improve.
Are comfortable with ambiguity and able to pick up context quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Enjoy engaging with people and feel energized by customer-facing conversations, whether over email, calls, or meetings.
Can communicate confidently in Korean; English proficiency is a plus but not required.
