JOB OVERVIEW:

We are currently recruiting Summer Trainees for our Business Development team for the period of July to August 2026. As a Summer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects and gain practical experience through day‑to‑day business operations.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct a strategic market research project to support business development and sales initiatives, including competitor analysis, industry trend monitoring and preparation of research summaries.
  • Participate in client and insurer meetings to gain exposure to communication and relationship building in real business cases.
  • Assist in providing client support, including handling client enquiries, preparing required information, coordinating follow‑up actions and ensuring timely resolution of client needs.
  • Support sales operations activities such as preparing sales materials, coordinating with internal teams and updating sales records.
  • Assist in ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • University student, relevant studies in Business Studies / Actuarial Studies / Insurance / Data Science programmes are advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Offices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Cantonese
  • Able to work full time from July – August 2026
