Gain hands‑on exposure to relationship management within Enterprise Banking Singapore at OCBC. As an EB Industries Intern, you’ll support teams that manage corporate and SME client relationships across operations, credit, service, and product areas. This internship offers a broad overview of how relationship managers work collaboratively with internal partners to support business performance, client needs, and strategic initiatives—while building strong foundations in communication, coordination, and reporting.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management Reporting: Assist business units in preparing monthly reports and dashboards for management updates

  • Credit & Industry Support: Support the preparation of credit and corporate profile appendices, including corporate background searches and industry outlook research

  • Project Support: Participate in projects and initiatives assigned by business units

  • Coordination & Communication: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to support routine tasks and ongoing initiatives

Who You Work With

The EB Industries function works closely with relationship managers and business units within Enterprise Banking Singapore to support client coverage and performance monitoring. You’ll collaborate with teams across operations, credit, and product areas, gaining exposure to how relationship management is supported across the bank.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree

  • Proactive, driven, and positive in your approach to work

  • Strong team player with good communication skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Prior experience or interest in banking, finance, relationship management, or credit is an advantage
