What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market & Partnership Research: Conduct market research across regional markets to identify Embedded Finance opportunities and potential partnerships

  • Data & Performance Reporting: Support data administration and prepare sales, campaign, and performance reports

  • Sales Tools & Materials: Assist in developing sales tools such as loan calculators, dashboards, and presentation materials

  • Training & Enablement Support: Support the preparation of training materials and documentation for internal stakeholders

  • Team & Project Support: Work closely with the EmF team on ongoing initiatives and ad‑hoc tasks as required

Who You Work With

The SME Embedded Finance team sits within Enterprise Banking Singapore and collaborates closely with product, sales, technology, and regional teams. The team focuses on embedding financial solutions into partner platforms to better serve SME customers. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where experimentation, learning, and cross‑functional teamwork are encouraged.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree

  • Interested in Embedded Finance, partnerships, or digital banking models

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Comfortable working with data and preparing reports

  • Proactive, organised, and willing to learn

  • Able to collaborate effectively with team members

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide you with:

  • Foundational understanding of Embedded Finance across regional markets

  • Hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, and partnership identification

  • Exposure to preparation of sales tools, performance reports, and training materials
