As Omnichannel Intern, you will be part of an inspiring team and you will support omnichannel activities on ongoing projects. You will be involved in the following activities

  • Co-design of Customer Journeys and omnichannel campaigns with Customer Engagement, focusing on ensuring effective Customer Experience, campaign optimization, archetype identification, scalability and consistency across channels.

  • You will be involved in campaign briefings, tickets and requests management, in close coordination with Omnichannel Managers and Customer Engagement as well as performance monitoring during and after campaign execution.

  • Omnichannel performance KPI analysis and insights generation, with a specific focus on customer engagement KPIs, channel mix and content KPIs.

  • Develop compelling presentations and reports to showcase insights and identify and propose action plan.

  • Content Excellence activities: enablement and activation of new tools and processes within the affiliate to optimize content operations.

  • Support end users in using AI driven platform, collect feedback to report to global team. Be part of the local content community.

About you

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing/Communications, Scientific or STEM disciplines

  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher)

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of  Sales Force Marketing Cloud will be considered as a plus

  • Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, high motivation, and a keen interest in marketing

  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills
