Job Summary

This internship provides the opportunity to work closely with the Population Health team on initiatives designed to improve care delivery and health outcomes for patients with complex needs. The intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting population health efforts that promote coordinated, patient‑centered care across the system.

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
