Practicalities

Your team
You will be joining the Booking Operations & Support department which consists of around 40 team members working in 3 different teams. We are fully focused on providing excellent service to our clients by being the face of the business, handling their inventory and ensuring positive customer experiences. 

Your role and impact
You will join one the Managed Accounts Team and will play an essential role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and tenants. Your responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and respond promptly to all inquiries.
  • Guide potential tenants with clear, personalized information.
  • Keep client profiles and documents accurate and up to date.
  • Support clients before and after bookings with proactive solutions.
  • Collect and share feedback to improve our product and services.
  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Provide consultative support tailored to each client’s region and needs.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to assist with bookings.

Your profile
We are looking for individuals who want to own their role and grow their skills. You are:

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You’re confident in making outbound calls and engaging with clients directly. 
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks when needed, understanding their impact on the bigger picture.
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactivity. You take responsibility and deliver results.
  • Interested in sales and eager to develop your commercial mindset.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Energetic, optimistic, and open to new challenges.
  • Highly detail-oriented, nothing slips past you!
  • Native/Fluent English speaker.
