The Electronics Product Design team within our Military Aircraft Group is seeking a summer 2026 block intern. The intern will have an onsite work schedule in Salt Lake City, UT.   

To be considered for an Electrical or Mechanical Design Engineering Intern role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:  

  • Enrolled in an Aerospace, Computer, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's or Master's Degree program, at an accredited university. 
  • GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department. 
  • Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship. 

 

Students within the Moog U.S. Internship Program are expected to have a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment. 

As an Engineering Intern on the Electronics Product Design team, you will:  

  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of key electronics product design engineering tasks at Moog. 
  • Provide technical support to engineers, as needed. 
  • Work experience may include electrical/mechanical design, circuit/multi-physics analysis, and/or FPGA/MATLAB/embedded software development and testing, based on the student's educational discipline. 
  • Experience in one or more of the following is an advantage: Cadence Capture/PCB/SI, Siemens NX, Ansys, MATLAB, VHDL, C, C++
  • Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution. 
  • Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals. 
  • Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.

Salary Range Transparency:

Salt Lake City, UT $25.00–$31.00 Hourly

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
