Job Description & Summary

Estudiantes de últimos niveles de la carrera de Psicología Organizacional o laboral.
Deseable experiencia en reclutamiento y selección masivo.
Disponibilidad para trabajar 6 horas diarias.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar el reclutamiento de personal en las diferentes fuentes de empleo que maneja la firma.
  • Realizar el contacto inicial con los candidatos o pre screening.
  • Aplicar evaluaciones técnicas, psicológicas y de inglés.
  • Apoyo en la elaboración de informes finales.
  • Apoyo en la elaboración de assessment center.
  • Apoyar en el proceso de Onboarding de los New Joiners
