Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Strategy and Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through strategic initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist project teams in identifying opportunities to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes.
- Support research efforts including data collection, benchmarking, and industry analysis.
- Help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and process documentation.
- Participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings to observe and contribute to solution development.
- Assist with project coordination tasks such as tracking milestones and preparing updates.
- Contribute to internal initiatives including knowledge sharing and methodology development.
- Learn consulting best practices and tools used in strategy and operations projects.

Education and Experience
- Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business (general)
- Expected Graduation May 2027
Additional Information
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Available for 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June through August)
- Located or willing to relocate to Chicago following graduation
