About the Role

ALTERNANT(E) CONTROLEUR DE GESTION INDUSTRIEL 

Les Ateliers de Verneuil-en-Halatte, fabricant intégré à la Maison CHANEL, développent et fabriquent des produits de Maroquinerie d’exception.

Rattaché(e) à un Contrôleur de gestion, vous participez à l’animation du processus budgétaire, à la réalisation des clôtures, à la valorisation des stocks et serez en support de l’équipe Finance.

Participation à l’animation du processus budgétaire :

•Construction des différents reportings permettant la réalisation du budget
•Récolte des besoins auprès des opérationnels
•Analyse des écarts entre les différentes phases
•Prévision de capacité de production

Participation à la réalisation des clôtures

•Préparation des différents éléments nécessaires à la clôture (lancement des jobs automatiques, estimation des provisions, réalisation de la déclaration d’échange de biens …)
•Analyse des écarts entre le budget et le réalisé
•Constitution des différents éléments constitutifs du P&L, en s’assurant de cohérence et de l’exactitude des données intégrées
•Analyse de capacité de production réelle

Valorisation des stocks

•Calcul des prix de revient dans l’ERP en s’assurant de la validation des données
•Participation et suivi des inventaires

Support à l’équipe Finance

•Participation aux demandes Adhoc dans le cadre du bon fonctionnement du service
•Participation à la rédaction des process clés de la Finance

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure en Finance/Gestion, Grande Ecole ou Université, vous souhaitez découvrir le contrôle de gestion industriel et être impliqué dans des missions opérationnelles et polyvalentes.

Vos capacités d’écoute, d’esprit d’équipe, d’autonomie et de sens du service seront des atouts pour réussir.

Nous recherchons un profil doté d’une bonne organisation et d’une bonne expression écrite et orale.

Votre sens de l’analyse vous aidera également à réussir.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques.

Les logiciels utilisés sont : M3 (ERP de production), SAP pour les vérifications comptables, Horoquartz, Microsoft Office et PowerBI.

Le poste est basé à Verneuil-en-Halatte (60) – Site peu desservi par les transports en commun
