Product & Business Analysis Foundations

  • Translate business requirements into clear product backlog items
  • Support requirement analysis to ensure feasibility, clarity, and impact of functional specifications
  • Help gather, analyze, and document high‑level and detailed product requirements
  • Create and maintain product documentation, workflows, and internal processes

Product Discovery, Innovation & Customer Value

  • Deep‑dive into existing workflow features and functions, researching how they are used across the enterprise
  • Analyze large volumes of product usage data and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
  • Simulate an end‑user mindset to propose solutions that maximize customer and business value
  • organize in Design Thinking workshops and product ideation sessions
  • Actively contribute innovative, creative ideas for new features, improvements, and AI‑driven capabilities

Data‑Driven Product Thinking

  • Support turning research, metrics, and insights into data‑driven user stories and product designs

Stakeholder & Delivery Support

Qualifications

  • Possess basic knowledge about requirement gathering/ management.
  • Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
