About the Role

John Keells Logistics (Pvt) Ltd (JKLL), a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, is a leading Integrated Logistics Services Provider with over 12 years of experience in operating and managing Multi User Logistics fulfillment centers, Diverse transport fleets, Temperature controlled logistics and Supply chain consultancy services spanning across multiple industry verticals.

What you need to do

  • Visit warehouse construction project sites and coordinate with internal and external parties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support the management of construction projects and provide regular progress updates to the management team.
  • Assist in reviewing and monitoring, method statements, QA/QC processes, and ensure adherence to standard guidelines.
  • Monitor warehouse-related projects works such as racking installations and expansion projects, and support in providing updates and instructions.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing layouts and drawings using AutoCAD.

What we are looking for

  • Undergraduate or graduate in BSc Engineering (Civil Engineering), or NDT/HND, or a related diploma program.
  • Basic knowledge of construction practices and industry standards/guidelines.
  • Prior internship or project experience in construction will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
