Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students to join our team as On-the-Job Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and develop your skills in a professional setting.
Basic Job Requirements:
• Graduating students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, with coursework related to Human Resources.
• Knowledge in MS Office applications
• Must be willing to work on-site in Muntinlupa, Alabang City.
• Assist with daily operations and tasks in the assigned department or project.
• Support team members with various projects and assignments.
• Conduct research and gather data as needed.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Currently enrolled in a relevant course or program.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Basic Job Requirements
• No required education or directly related experience; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

• Experience in HR or Training position
• Demonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information
• Basic computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations
