We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Science and Technology:

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will assist in the administration of the professional trainings and/or internship programmes of Applied Science.  The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

• Performing general administrative work;

• Conducting web searches;

• Assisting in local site visits;

• Designing graphics; and

• Editing Videos.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• Full-time undergraduates;

• Knowledge and experience in graphic drawing, layout design, video editing, and/or website updating; and

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

   

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Monthly Salary: HK$11,000

Other Benefit: In accordance with the statutory provisions

Work Duration: 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026
