We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Providing administrative support such as data input, filing, packing, etc;
- Supporting the marketing and promotional activities, from planning to implementation;
- Assisting in different events, including logistics support, registration, crowd control, etc;
- Assisting in the liaison with both internal and external parties;
- Performing other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned; and
- Working indoors and outdoors.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- A full-time undergraduate student of Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration in 2025/2026 academic year;
- Satisfactory academic performance under their academic programme at HKMU;
- Good command of Microsoft Office;
- Basic knowledge of office administration;
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages;
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team; and
- Prior work experience will be taken into consideration.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Monthly Salary: HK$11,000
Other Benefit: In accordance with the statutory provisions
Work Duration: 01 Jun 2026 to 31 Aug 2026
