Summer Intern (Technical Team) (A&SS)

We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences (Technical Team): 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: 

• Assisting in inventory data input and stock-taking;

• Assisting in the tidy-up duties in store rooms;

• Assisting in the check in and check out service;

• Assisting in cleaning of equipment;

• Supporting daily operation of the Technical Office;

• Supporting the technical team with tasks related to the Graduation Show; and

• Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: 

• Full-time undergraduates of the University;

• Good knowledge of audio and visual equipment; and

• Basic skill in excel input and file organization.

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Monthly Allowance: HK$11,000  per month

Other Benefits: In accordance with the statutory provisions 

Work Duration: 01 June 2026 to 31 August 2026
