We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences (Department of Creative Arts):
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
Performing data input, compiling data, filing, and archiving of Department documents;
Providing general support to daily operations, including programme promotion, conference, and activities carried out by the Department of Creative Arts;
Providing logistics and/or on-site support for the events organised by the Department of Creative Arts; and
Performing any other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
Full-time undergraduates of the University;
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; and
Good service attitude, be self-motivated, a strong sense of responsibility as well as the ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Monthly Allowance: HK$11,000 per month
Other Benefits: In accordance with the statutory provisions
Work Duration: 01 June 2026 to 31 August 2026
