Job Description:

Overview:

This summer internship program provides students with opportunity to get hands-on experience supporting laboratory testing of pressure-sensitive tapes, structural adhesives, and related bonding technologies. The intern will assist with test preparation, sample evaluation, data collection, and documentation in support of application development, product development and other activities.

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare test samples following established laboratory methods and safety procedures 

• Conduct mechanical, environmental, and performance tests on tapes and adhesives under supervision 

• Record, organize, and summarize test results with a high degree of accuracy 

• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and work areas in accordance with safety and quality standards 

• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot test setups and analyze performance trends 

• Assist with small process-improvement tasks or data organization projects as assigned

Qualification:

• 目前攻读工程、材料科学、化学或相关技术领域的学士学位

• 对实验室安全实践的基本理解

• 熟练掌握数据录入和使用电子表格进行基础分析 

• 良好的沟通和团队合作能力 

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or a related technical field 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures 

• Basic understanding of laboratory safety practices 

• Comfortable working with mechanical test equipment and measurement tools 

• Proficient in data entry and basic analysis using spreadsheets 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
