We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Public Affairs Office:



Summer Intern (PAO) 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

  • Writing stories that showcase achievements of HKMU members including students and staff for the PAO’s channels, including the online news centre and social media platforms;

  • Adapting content for maximum impact for social media channels;

  • Providing administrative and clerical support for the Publication and Strategic Content Team; and

  • Performing other duties as assigned by the staff of PAO.

 

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • Full-time student or undergraduates in advertising / marketing / language or related programmes;

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

  • Good computer skills including MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; and

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.

 

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Monthly Salary: HK$11,000

Other Benefit: In accordance with the statutory provisions

Work Duration: 01 JUN 2026 to 31 AUG 2026
