What You’ll Do: As a Lean Intern, you’ll be part of our 3P lean transformation journey, helping to shape how products move and processes improve in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be involved in real-time lean transformation activities and help implement product flow using lean methodologies

  • Conduct shop floor observations and collect key data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

  • Support the setup of lean flow through the development of Standard Work and 5S practices in repair cells

  • Track and analyze repair lead times and productivity metrics to drive measurable performance

  • Assist in planning and executing Lean Action Workouts, collaborative sessions that solve problems and deliver quick wins

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Strong communicator who can work well independently and engage confidently on the shop floor

  • Enthusiastic about learning and applying Lean Manufacturing principles in a real-world setting
