About the Role

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Performs entry-level professional business support/administrative work, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility as on-the-job/formal training is received.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business needs, user requirements, and process flows

  • Support analysis of current vs future-state business processes

  • Help maintain requirements documentation, meeting notes, and basic business cases

  • Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and system walkthroughs

  • Support It projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items

  • Assist with documentation related to IT policies, compliance, and quality standards.

  • Follow established IT standards, methodologies, and change management processes

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Business Information Systems or related disciplines

  • Understanding of IT systems and applications, business processes and Microsoft tools are required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and take feedback

  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams

IT Interns will be aligned to assignments that are in key areas of IT.  Assignment matching takes the IT Intern’s interests, talents and development needs into consideration to support the best fit.
