Role Overview: 

Join Maxis as a Network Delivery Automation Intern and gain hands-on experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within our Network Delivery team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to work on process automation projects using RPA and Python, helping improve operational efficiency and system workflows. You will support the development, monitoring, and troubleshooting of automation solutions while gaining practical exposure to network operations and enterprise systems in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Development: Assist in preparing scripts and coding solutions using RPA, Python, or related technologies to automate Change Automation (CA) processes for Network Delivery.

• System Enhancement: Support the development and maintenance of CA automation workflows within CMS and NCR systems to improve operational efficiency.

• Tracker Management: Perform daily updates of CA automation progress, statuses, and activities in the CA tracker to ensure accurate reporting.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor automation processes to ensure tasks are executed successfully, identifying issues or delays proactively.

• Troubleshooting Support: Investigate and resolve errors or technical issues related to CA automation processes, escalating where necessary.

• Value-Added Project Exposure: Contribute to the development of QS automation initiatives for Network Delivery, supporting innovation and continuous improvement efforts.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Python, RPA tools, scripting, or automation technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Good understanding of system workflows, databases, or process improvement concepts is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate trackers, documentation, and reports.

• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
