Du begeisterst dich für Bildung, innovative Lehrmethoden und Prozessoptimierung und möchtest aktiv dazu beitragen, die Aus- und Weiterbildung von morgen mitzugestalten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

  • Im Rahmen deines Praktikums unterstützt du aktiv unsere Aus- und Weiterbildungslandschaft, sowohl in strategischen als auch in operativen Belangen.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Lernplattform ein und begleitest Pilotprojekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung.
  • Dabei setzt du dich intensiv mit innovativen Lehrmethoden und Tools auseinander und trägst maßgeblich zur strategischen Ausrichtung bei.
  • Darüber hinaus wirkst du an der Optimierung bestehender Weiterqualifizierungsprogramme mit, indem du Auswahlverfahren, Prozesse, Lehrmethoden und Tools kritisch prüfst und weiterentwickelst.
  • Nicht zuletzt identifizierst du förderfähige Umschulungs- und Weiterbildungsprogramme und erarbeitest klare Kriterien für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich BWL mit Fokus Personalwesen, Arbeits-Pädagogik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: dir gelingt es, Aufgaben strukturiert anzugehen, wobei du stets kreative Ideen einbringst und dich flexibel auf neue Gegebenheiten einstellst, um gemeinsam im Team die besten Lösungen zu finden
  • Begeisterung: Interesse an Informatik
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch
