About The Company
About the Role

Your Role

This role is your chance to see how a successful established startup runs its engine room from the inside. You join the Operations team to keep critical workflows moving, support the build-out of AI and automation across functions, and take ownership of concrete operational tasks from day one. You will collaborate with our MD and leadership for projects you own and work hands-on with a growth manager as your closest sparring partner day to day. You get direct exposure to no/low-code tooling, AI-assisted tools, and cross-functional problem-solving.You thrive in this role if you are curious, take initiative, and want to turn manual work into scalable processes and systems. Our hierarchy is flat and communication direct, which means we operate and learn fast, as a team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own recurring operational tasks end-to-end: Take full responsibility for defined workflows across the business, including contributing to quality assurance and steering of external partners. Things don't fall through the cracks on your watch.

  • Drive process improvements and ship automations: Audit processes across Product, Sales, Account Management and Support. Identify manual work, develop actionable solutions, and take an active part in implementing them using no/low-code tools like Make.com.

  • Improve AI-enabled tools: Help design, test, and evaluate AI-assisted tools for internal systems (eg. agent based ticketing or prompt testing and evaluation). You turn fuzzy AI outputs into reliable, measurable workflows.

  • Document processes and enable teams: You contribute to process documentation and engage in cross-functional team alignment and training sessions as new and improved processes roll out.

What You'll Need

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, or a recent graduate.

  • You study Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field. Strong academic record preferred.

  • You are curious, data-driven, and take ownership. You prefer shipping a "good enough" solution today over waiting on a perfect one next month.

  • You have a strong taste for technology and a genuine interest in how tools, data, and AI can make work better.

  • First exposure to no/low-code automation tools (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) is a plus. Strong interest and the willingness to learn fast is essential.

  • Comfortable in Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Prior internship at a leading technology company, management consultancy, investment bank, or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.

  • Structured, self-directed working style. You turn vague problems into clear next steps.

  • Collaborative, non-hierarchical, and proactive attitude that strengthens our friendly and supportive team culture.

  • Fluent German (C2) and English (>C1) in speaking and writing. German is required for Call Center interactions.

What We Promise

  • A structured internship with real projects, meaningful ownership, and direct mentorship from company leadership and senior team members.

  • A friendly and ambitious team that values the importance of a fun work environment.

  • Deep exposure to automation, AI tooling, and cross-functional operations in a start-up. A strong launchpad for a career in Operations, RevOps, Product, or Business Development.

  • The chance to join Neuraum at a truly interesting point in the company's history and the opportunity to shape the future of building for a better life.

  • Competitive internship compensation and attractive benefits.

  • Regular team events and a modern office in Berlin-Kreuzberg (with a view on Landwehrkanal).
